Authority to Operate (ATO)
PSG holds requisite ATO’s for Video and Cyber networking solutions. The official management decision issued by a designated accrediting authority (DAA) or principal accrediting authority (PAA) to authorize operation of an information system and to explicitly accept the residual risk to agency operations (including mission, functions, image, or reputation), agency assets, or individuals.
Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
PSG Global has conducted a basic self-assessment of the NIST SP 800-171 controls using the DoD Assessment Methodology and submitted resulting scores to the Department of Defense (DoD) “Supplier Performance Rating System (SPRS). PSG is operating under a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) toward completing our Level 3 Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Hardened product platform – DISA (Defense Information Systems Agency), STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide), Security Audits & Test Results. Covers asset protection levels 1-4 plus Nuclear applications to include platform specific integrations. Information Assurance & Cyber Security Compliance Certification (replaced DIACAP), required by IA.

PSG adheres to the TAA Compliance requirement for goods and services. TAA compliance requires goods and services are manufactured or substantially transformed in the United States or manufactured in a TAA-designated country. A TAA-designated country is a nation with which the U.S. maintains a trade agreement and regards as a reliable or acceptable procurement source.
PSG adheres to the National Defense Authorization Act 2019 (NDAA), a United States federal law which specifies the budget, expenditures and policies of the U.S. Department of Defense. The NDAA 2019 Section 889, prohibits the U.S. government from procuring video and telecommunication equipment from certain Chinese companies and their subsidiaries.
