VICADS® Operation & Administration Course
VICADS® System Administrator and Operator Training – consists of four days of instruction complete with theory, lecture, and hands-on labs. On the fifth day, students will be tested to verify comprehension of the class material. This course is designed to ensure that each student is equipped with the knowledge required to operate, administer and perform basic troubleshooting on VICADS Video Management Systems. Students are expected to be present for the duration of the class and must achieve a passing score on the test in order to attain “Factory Trained” status.

Course Prerequisites:
Students should possess prior experience with and/or knowledge of IP networking, Windows-based servers & workstations. Familiarity with Command and Control Display Equipment (CCDE), Security and Video surveillance experience is beneficial. VICADS “Factory Trained” status is valid from the test date for a period of two years. PSG hosts one lunch during the week for the students (TBD by instructor). All courses are pre-paid and non-refundable, training is held in our Austin, Texas office. Please check back for future training classes.
