    Theory, lecture and lab time on live systems, so students operate and troubleshoot.

  • VICADS 4.x System Administrator and Operator 5 days · $1,980 per student · Next: Nov 30 to Dec 4, 2026 Course outline

    Four days of theory, lecture and hands-on labs; a test on the fifth day; passing earns Factory Trained status. Students must be present for the whole class.

  • VICADS V100 System Administrator and Operator 5 days · $1,980 per student · Next: Dec 14 to 18, 2026 Course outline

    Same five-day structure as VICADS 4.x on the V100 platform. Additional V100 classes scheduled on demand.

  • LINX Predator Elite Operation and Maintenance 7 days · $1,980 per student · 2027 dates on the outline Course outline

    Basic Operator (3 days); Card Holder Management and Biometric Enrollment (half day); Systems Administrator (half day); Maintenance and Troubleshooting (3 days).

  • LINX Predator Elite Disaster Recovery 2 days · on site only · cost and dates on request Course outline

    Two days, on site, for advanced technicians with site management responsibility; an LPE SME teaches a complete system recovery from the ground up.

  • Cyber Security Solution (CSS) 2 days · $800 per student · dates to be announced Course outline

    Two days on PSG's single-server and cluster models; virtual machines CSS-DC, CSS-ASSET, CSS-WCOMP, CSS-WSUS, CSS-LCOMP, CSS-LREPO and guest applications.

  • Universal Field Panel™ and DESI 2 days · $800 per student · dates to be announced Course outline

    Two days on UFP Gateways, Expansion Modules (EM8, EM16), DESI input and output devices, cryptography, form factor, mounting and connections.
