Self-Contained Systems

Premise Control Unit

A complete intrusion detection and access control system for a single facility.

The Premise Control Unit is a complete Zero Trust physical security platform in a single enclosure: intrusion detection, access control, embedded command and control and authenticated edge devices, run from a browser. Built on the Universal Field Panel™ for new or retrofit work.

Everything in one enclosure

The PCU combines intrusion detection, access control and embedded command and control software on PSG’s Universal Field Panel. Its HTML5 web application configures the system, manages connected devices and monitors operations, with no dedicated application server and no client software to install.

Trust at the source

Unlike systems that rely on implicit trust and end-of-line resistors, the PCU authenticates field devices, secures communications and verifies events before they reach operators, automation or AI. Paired with DESI, every connected sensor, reader and door carries a cryptographic identity.

Retrofit at your own pace

Existing wiring, sensors, readers and door hardware stay in place while a facility moves to Zero Trust on its own schedule. Originally developed for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, the PCU brings the same assurance to commercial, industrial and government sites.

  • Complete system in a single enclosure, no application server
  • Embedded command and control, managed from any HTML5 browser
  • Up to 64 DESI devices and 16 OSDP readers per EM-16 panel
  • Preserves existing wiring, sensors, readers and door hardware
  • TAA and NDAA compliant, manufactured in the USA
