Border crossing at night with lighting towers, long range cameras and a fence line

Borders & Ports of Entry

Across long perimeters and wide areas, PSG gives every sensor, camera and field device a trusted device identity, so operators and automation act on detections they can verify.

The challenge

Miles of fence, and a signal you cannot verify

Borders and ports of entry are protected across long perimeters and open ground, with sensors on the fence, radar and long range cameras feeding operators far from the scene. Much of that equipment still reports over analog loops and unauthenticated links. A detection can be spoofed, replayed or quietly lost, and response is sent the wrong way.

Replacing field hardware across miles of frontier is slow and costly. The work is to make the devices already in place trustworthy, so detection, camera handoff and response run on verified data: modernization without rip-and-replace.

Where PSG sits

PSG is the Embedded Zero Trust Architecture for Physical Security. At a border or port it works in two layers: authenticated sensors and cameras at the edge, and operations on verified data.

How PSG applies

Detect across open ground

Portable IDS puts perimeter sensors, assessment cameras, wireless communications and onboard power on a mobile platform. Each headend runs one to eight four-sector field systems, with detection ranges of 400 to 2,400 meters depending on terrain.

Hand off to the camera

VICADS brings ground based radar and long range camera tracking into the operator's view, so a detection on the fence or in open ground is assessed on video before response is sent, and that video carries trust at the source.

Verify every frame

Scene Authentication places encrypted light pulses in each camera's field of view and verifies that video is authentic, live and location specific, so spoofed, replayed or looped feeds are caught before anyone acts on them.
